Audex Networks

Replacing a fragile, spreadsheet-driven scheduling system with a robust, cloud-native planning platform for an audit firm.

The Challenge

Audex Networks, a tier-1 audit network, was relying on disconnected spreadsheet workflows to manage thousands of auditor schedules across multiple timezones. This led to double-bookings, inefficient resource allocation, and a complete lack of visibility into long-term revenue forecasting. The manual overhead was actively preventing the firm from taking on new clients.

The Solution

We engineered a centralized, cloud-native scheduling and resource planning ERP module. By mapping the complex constraints of audit engagements (certifications, availability, location, and seniority), we built an algorithmic scheduling engine that automatically matches the right auditors to the right engagements.

The system includes a conflict-resolution dashboard, automated notifications, and a forecasting module that extrapolates scheduled engagements into 3-year revenue projections.

The Outcome

The platform was adopted across a network of audit firms, entirely eliminating manual scheduling conflicts within the first month. Partners now have real-time visibility into utilization rates and capacity, enabling strategic growth and predictable revenue modeling.
